Journaling Therapy will not be held liable on how you choose to use our products. We do not guarantee that our products will be error - free.

By consenting to our terms and conditions, you accept that we may remove, cancel or stop the production of certain products for an  indefinite period of time without prior notice to you.

Intellectual Property

You agree that the products, including but not limited to products or content contains Propriety information and material owned by Journalingtherapy Journals and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, included but not limited to Copyright.

You agree that you will not use such propriety information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of Journalingtherapy journals compliance with this agreement.

No portion of these products may be reproduced in any form or by any means, except as expressly permitted in these terms. You agree not to rent, modify, lease, loan , sell, distribute or create any derivatives based on our product design or any manner and you shall not exploit the Journalingtherapy Journals Products in any Unauthorized way.

Placing Orders for goods.

By purchasing our products under these terms you acknowledge that these products are intended for personal use only and will not be re-sold for any commercial use.

User Conduct.

In engaging with JournalingTherapy Journals' offerings, it's essential to adhere strictly to the laws, regulations, and policies pertinent to your jurisdiction. 

The internet's vast reach necessitates a commitment to abide by all relevant local guidelines concerning online behaviour and content standards. 

As a user, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, avoiding the impersonation of any individual, circumventing any access controls implemented by JournalingTherapy Journals, or attempting to access any data or information unlawfully. 

Additionally, it's prohibited to copy, alter, create derivatives from, decompile, reverse engineer, or in any way tamper with the proprietary and intellectual property rights. Engaging in the distribution of harmful code or programs that could compromise the functionality of JournalingTherapy Journals' systems is strictly forbidden.

Return and Refund Policy.

At JournalingTherapy Journals, we're all about helping you lead a conscious and intentional life through the power of quality journaling.  Our return and refund policy is designed to be as straightforward and stress-free as possible, because we know that life's complicated enough. We're here to support you on your journey to a more mindful life, every step of the way.

Returns.

Our Policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the wrong order was received , unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return- Your product shouldn’t have been tampered with,  that means you haven’t written on it or destroyed the product. Images of the product are also to be shared with us to ascertain the products condition.

Return Authorisation- Once the team has received your complaint , you will receive a phone call and if you are eligible for a return then facilitation of the return follows.

To facilitate a return- we will confirm on our end the details for delivery and an exchange will be facilitated if the product that was received was damaged or wrong.

Refunds.

Refunds take a number of (7)days and the payment is refunded to the payment method that paid initially.

Refunds are only initiated under the following circumstances.

If the desired product/s are sold out/ production is stopped abruptly when you had already placed your after.

You are not eligible for a Refund if;

The product has been with you for more than 7 days since receipt of the products.

The product has already been written or used.

If the product was purchased during a Sale.

Exchanges

For any exchanges of the products delivered- we will send the rider to your location with the right product and you will hand in the wrong product to him.

The time of exchange is 14 working days, if you are outside Nairobi.

Shipping policy!

Our products are shipped within 2-3 business days, from the day the order is placed.

When we have a preorder season- the shipping happens between 7-14 working days.

For those outside Nairobi, it takes 3- 4 Business days.
